Indiantown Marina To Sail With Sheltra Motorsports In ARCA Season Finale
“Florida Based Company Teams With Local Driver In Bid For ARCA Championship”

ROCKINGHAM, North Carolina (October 9, 2010) - - Indiantown Marina, nestled in Indiantown, Florida has joined Sheltra Motorsports and driver Patrick Sheltra as an associate marketing partner on the No. 60 Tequesta Road and Bridge of Florida / Jones Group International Toyota Camry for today’s American 200 presented by Black’s Tire & Auto Service at Rockingham (N.C.) Speedway.

Boasting it’s “Stay the Night or Stay Forever” campaign, Indiantown Marina consists of 28 acres of fun and relaxation in a quiet serene atmosphere. Indiantown Marina is located on the St. Lucie Canal which links Stuart (Florida) on the East Coast to Fort Myers (Florida) on the West Coast via Lake Okeechobee on the Calloosahatchee River.

Saturday’s season finale will mark the third time that Indiantown Marina has partnered with the Indiantown, Florida native Sheltra this year. In addition to Rockingham (N.C.) Speedway, Indiantown Marina sported it’s logo in the season-opener at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway and two weeks later at Palm Beach (Fla.) International Raceway in February. Sheltra finished fifth and 10th in those two events respectively.

The Indiantown Marina colors will fly on the bottom of the quarter panels in the 20th and final race of the 2010 ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards season.

“We continue to be appreciative to Scott Watson and Indiantown Marina for all of their support this weekend and in the past,” sounded driver Patrick Sheltra. “To jump aboard this team in the final race of the year speaks volumes for their commitment and dedication not only to me but our Sheltra Motorsports team. We wish that they could be here with us at Rockingham today, but we know that they’ll be cheering us on from Indiantown and we plan to bring them and all of our marketing partners home the championship trophy later today.”

On Friday afternoon, Sheltra qualified his green and orange No. 60 Tequesta Road and Bridge of Florida / Jones Group International Toyota Camry eighth recording his 12th top-10 qualifying effort in 2010.

Entering Rockingham, Sheltra has 86 ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards starts to his credit with three career victories at Salem (Ind.) Speedway (April 2009), the Illinois State Fairgrounds (August 2010) and Chicagoland Speedway (August 2010). During his ARCA tenure, Sheltra has accumulated 21 top-fives and posted 38 top-10 finishes. A second place qualifying effort at Chicagoland Speedway (August 2010) is Sheltra’s best time trials effort to date. He has controlled the ARCA field 10 times for 276 laps.

The American 200 presented by Black's Tire and Auto Service (200 laps / 200 miles) is the 20th of 20 events on the 2010 ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards schedule. The fifth ARCA race held at Rockingham is a two-day show. The event will take the green flag on Saturday, October 9 shortly after 1:30 p.m. The race will be broadcasted live on SPEED with additional broadcast coverage including live timing and scoring throughout the 1,313 race for the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards since it was formed in 1953 available through the ARCA Racing Network (ARN) online at arcaracing.com presented by ARCANation.com.
